Refunds
Because our products are made on demand through our printing partners, each item is unique, printed and shipped only once ordered.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, please contact us at mgmt@7tapes.com within 30 days of delivery with your order ID and photo evidence of the defect. Seven Tapes, through our printing partners, offers a free re-print or refund under these conditions.
We will handle your request and arrange either:
A replacement of the item (at no cost to you)
Or a full refund of the product cost (excluding shipping).
Non-Defective Items (Wrong size/color/change of mind)
Because each product is manufactured on demand, returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size ordered, wrong color chosen or buyer’s remorse are not supported by Seven Tapes.
If you still wish to offer returns for such cases, please contact us first and we will evaluate the possibility at your expense.
How to Submit a Claim
Send an email to mgmt@7tapes.com with:
• Your order number
• Photos showing the defect or damage
• A brief description of the issue
Once we receive your request we will process it within 7 business days.
Refunds
When applicable, refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as account credit, depending on the payment gateway used. Allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear.
Shipping & Return Costs
If an item is being replaced due to Seven Tapes-verified manufacturing error, we cover the cost of the replacement.
If the reason falls outside that scope, the cost of return shipping or replacement is the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise agreed.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in Printify’s policy or our business practices. The most current version will be posted on our website and indicated by the “Last updated” date above.
