2. Products, Production & Fulfillment

All products sold on our site are manufactured on demand through our printing partners. Once you place an order, production begins. Our manufacturing partner will print, fulfil and ship your item(s). As a result of this on-demand model, our products are non-stock. We aim to ensure high quality and efficient delivery.

3. Payment

We accept payment via the available payment methods at checkout. Your payment method must be valid and approved. Orders will only be processed once the payment is successfully authorised.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on product type, printing partner and destination country. You can learn more about our shipping policy here. Typical production times are 2-7 business days after your order is confirmed. Shipping transit time then depends on the destination. Import duties, taxes or customs charges may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Free Shipping Offer

We offer free shipping on eligible orders over US $60 worldwide. Any terms regarding free-shipping thresholds, eligible countries or exclusions are set out on our “Shipping Policy” page.

6. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Because each item is made on demand, all sales are final unless the product is defective or mis-manufactured. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photographic evidence of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund of the item cost (excluding shipping). Requests for return or exchange due to change of mind, wrong size chosen or incorrect colour ordered cannot be accepted except at our discretion.

7. Profit Margin & Pricing

Our pricing reflects product cost, production, shipping and marketing overhead. While we aim for healthy profit margins that allow us to deliver value and maintain our brand mission, we also strive to keep pricing reasonable so that you can access our apparel.

8. Tax & Duty

Shipping across international borders may incur import duties or taxes that are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the buyer.

We collect and process your personal information (name, billing/shipping address, contact details, payment data) in order to process your order, communicate with you and fulfil your legal obligations.
