Production begins only after your order is placed, which allows us to deliver fresh, high-quality products without holding inventory. Most items are produced within 2–7 business days. Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided when available.
Typical delivery estimates:
US Standard: 2–5 business days
US Economy: 4–8 business days
International: 10–30 business days (varies by country and customs)
Express/Priority: Available only for selected products
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the product type and destination.
We ship worldwide. Please note that import taxes, customs fees, or VAT may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are not included in your purchase and are the customer’s responsibility. Customs processing may cause additional delays outside our control.

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, email us at store@7tapes.com with your order number. We will investigate with Printify and the print provider. If the order is confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or refund.
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:

A clear photo of the issue
Once verified, we will request a replacement at no cost to you.
Because each product is made on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
Wrong size chosen
Color preference
Change of mind
We only replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If an incorrect address is entered at checkout, the customer is responsible for any reshipment fees if the package is returned. Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order.
